All imputs to all to audio nav & sync never saved. Seat memories don't recall, the nav would have you making U turns on the interstate and the cell phone never stays in sync. I had a 2013 MKS and it worked perfectly but this system seems to be processed.

No problem with mine. Did you talk to your dealer and demonstrate the problems you are having?

Maybe you need a different dealer?  It is very common for a dealer service department to contact Ford Engineering when they have a problem that has them stumped.  A dealer that "has no idea what to do" has resources.  All they have to do is use them.

I agree with brucelinc, The Ford system has a problem database that the dealer can search for similar problems and if none found can enter their problem. I think the Ford engineers monitor the problems and can provide input. They can also escalate the problem if no fix found. From the info I got from my dealers it seems to be an easy to use system. I have found that some dealers lack the customer service mindset and just give out info from the top of their heads rather than looking for help for the customer.

Good luck.
